FIRST TERM

Module 4: Biochemistry

·        Apply chemical principles to the structure of biological building block molecules

·        Use building block molecules to derive the structure of biological macromolecules and relate macromolecular structure to biological function

·        Explain features of and links between some major metabolic pathways

·        Acquire a range of biochemical practical skills and cognate techniques.

                               i.           First week after registration: Module 1 & 2 with assignments

                             ii.           First week of 2^nd term: Module 3 & 4 with assignments

*It is necessary for the candidates to submit their assignments before they start the next term of studies

 

v      Candidates can buy cupping apparatus any time before they start the fourth term

 

v      Candidates with experience in the field of medicine are exempted from first two terms and are eligible to pay a reduced fee of Rs. 10,000/= for the course.
